1Nation All Stars is the newest competitive cheerleading team to the Southern Maryland area. We are family based program and firmly believe that communication and honesty is everything. Becoming a 1Nation All Star means that you have all of the above and are most of all committed to being the best. Cheerleading is not just cheering for the boys anymore. Competitive cheerleading is a fast growing sport and requires a lot of strength and endurance.
