1Nation offers different types of camps for your cheer needs!
Custom Camps - We will construct a camp dedicated to specific skills. Contact us via email or call 301-399-3044 for more information.
2, 3, or 4 Day Skills Camp - Ranging from $30-$50 per athlete, learn Basic to Advance skills in motions, jumps, stunting and more.
Stunt Camp - At $50 per athlete, we offer a variety of stunt skills, from Beginner to Advance. Our staff will come to your location and build on the skills you have already began to learn. We will teach partner stunts and pyramids and also touch upon easy transitions that will make your pyramids look advanced.
Coaches Training Camp - For $50 per coach, our staff will teach your parks and rec organization the skills it takes to be a successful coach. Each coach will receive a binder full of information learned during the camp and more. (MINIMUM OF 5 COACHES)
Routine Critique - Our staff are not only certified coaches but certified judges who have judged all over the country. For $250, we will come to your location and review your routine. We will then give you information on how to improve your routine to maximize the score sheet. Our judges are currently certified with The JamBrands, Spirit Unlimited, Maryland High School Cheer Association, WSA, American Cheer and Dance Academy, Delaware Cheer Coaches Association, and US Finals.
Routine Choreography - Our staff will create and teach your team an original routine ranging from $50-$80 depending on your music needs. Note: We will not teach any new skills, instead we will build on the skills you already possess.
